Greek Yogurt is a type of yogurt derived from the nomadic lifestyle of the ancient Greeks, prepared by removing most of the liquid from the natural structure of fresh fermented milk.
Possessing a distinctive taste and rich protein content, Hanimi Greek Yogurt is made according to an old-world craft method known as “Yiaourti Sakoulas”. The texture is 3 times as thick as regular yogurt because it is strained for more than 48 hours to create a tangy, thick consistency like ice cream. Hanimi Greek Creamy is less suitable to eat directly due to its consistency like cheese, but it is very suitable for mixing and processing vegetable dipping sauces, served with salads, dried fruits to create a meal replacement dish, very good for health.

SHELF LIFE: 10-15 days when stored at 2-8oC. Always store in the refrigerator. Use up within 48 hours of opening.
